What is PRE-ORDER?
If an item is on PRE-ORDER it means that that this is a NEW RELEASE product and we expect HIGH DEMAND for this product. Putting in a PRE-ORDER guarantees that you will be one of the first customers to get the product when it arrives.
We need to place PRE-ORDER items on separate order. There are labels on our products display pages indicating these PRE-ORDER items.
PRE-ORDER delivery timeframe:
When we receive your PRE-ORDER, we will get in touch with you via phone or email within 3 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to inform you the estimated delivery date. Should you find the estimated delivery timeframe acceptable, we would then proceed to reserving the item(s) for you.
Payment would not be processed until the item(s) is shipped.
If the delivery time frame exceeds 72 hours from the time of the order, we may contact you via phone or email to obtain your authorisation on credit card payment again.
The authorisation is usually required 24 hours before the item(s) is(are) shipped.
