RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Forever Play wants you to LOVE your new purchase! We understand sometimes stuff doesn't fit, doesn't suit you or just doesn't make you gasp with happiness. If something isn’t as you imagined or doesn’t fit we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit.
To return/exchange an item just submit the return/exchange request via emailing email@example.com or calling (852) 3691 8292. Please provide the order#, product description, reason of return/exchange on the request and indicate whether you would like an exchange or store credit.
Please post back your original item along with a written return/exchange request and the original copy of the purchase receipt within 14 days of purchase.
In the case of offering a store credit, once we get your returned goods, we’ll send you a confirmation email on the amount of credit offered. You can use the credit to get a different item or whatever you wish at Forever Play!
If you would like to do a direct exchange, please give us a call or email us so we can reserve your item for you. (We will hold items for 1 week only).
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS:
- Original purchased item must be returned to the store within 14 days of purchase.
- Discounted, sale items and items purchased through promotional deals are returned for store credit only.
- We recommend you to use a trackable method of postage to ensure your item is returned to us safely. We do not take any responsibility in the loss or damage of the item occurred from the shipment.
- Your item must be returned to us in new, unused condition. All items must be returned in original packaging with tags attached.
- If the item has been worn, damaged or soiled, it is deemed unsaleable. We reserve the right to reject return and exchange in this condition.
- Return postage is paid by the buyer unless item is faulty or we messed up. The Forever Play team is proud of its customer service efforts and wants to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us!
